In conversation with Mariella Frostrup:
Menopause Action Plans, how to set the new standard
Hosted by Mridula Pore, CEO and Co-Founder, Peppy

Mariella Frostrup, Chair, Menopause Mandate
What employers need to know and how to start building your menopause action plan
Mariella Frostrup, Chair of Menopause Mandate and the UK Government’s Menopause Employment Ambassador joins Peppy’s CEO, Dr Mridula Pore, to tackle one of the most pressing challenges currently facing HR, Benefits and Reward leaders.
From April 2026, employers with 250+ employees are expected to begin publishing menopause support plans, ahead of a likely mandatory requirement from 2027.
With 1 in 10 women leaving the workforce due to menopause symptoms and absenteeism costing UK businesses over £10.5 billion annually, the bar has been raised far beyond a generic policy.
Yet for many leaders the challenge is clear: what does a credible menopause action plan actually look like, and how do you build the case internally?
We want everyone to leave one step closer to building a menopause action plan that sets the 2026 standard.
- Insight straight from the UK Government's Menopause Employment Ambassador on what the ERA 2025 expects
- What a credible menopause action plan looks like in practice
- How to build the business case and secure leadership support
- A clear, practical framework you can start using immediately
- Put your questions directly to Mariella and Mridula in a live Q&A
This session is for HR, Benefits and Reward leaders in organisations with 250 or more employees. Not there yet? The most forward-thinking organisations don't wait for the threshold, they set the standard before they have to.
