Men’s Health at work: The perception gap and what it means for employers
Featuring Dr Alex George and Peppy’s latest men’s health data

Most men believe they are in good health. Peppy's new clinical data tells a different story.
That gap between perception and reality is showing up in absence figures, productivity loss and the quiet disengagement of people your organisation cannot afford to lose.
Join Peppy and Dr Alex George on 10th of June for a session designed to change that.
Here's what the data shows
Peppy's Men's Health MOT is a clinician-led check-in that gives men a clear picture of where their health stands. The findings expose a gap that most employers don't know they have:
68% of men rated their own health as good or better. Yet…
- 72% were not meeting basic exercise recommendations
- 12% were doing no exercise at all
- 54% did not know their own blood pressure
- An overview of Peppy's Men's Health data and what it means for your workforce
- The business cost: absence, attrition, productivity loss and leadership pipeline risk
- Practical steps across culture, manager capability, benefit design and clinical access you can put in place this quarter
- What the Government’s men and boys policy agenda means for employers in 2026, including prostate cancer, fatherhood and caring responsibilities
- A Q&A with our speakers, including Dr Alex George
This session is for HR, Benefits and Reward leaders in organisations with 500 or more employees. Not there yet? The most forward-thinking organisations are not waiting for Men's Health Week to act. They are setting the standard before it.
