Dave Dixon is a Chartered Safety & Health Practitioner at NDA, leading initiatives that promote open dialogue around health and wellbeing. As Men’s Health Lead, he supports inclusive campaigns like “This is Me” and Meno-Hub as a male advocate, helping shape a safer, healthier workplace and culture.
Bernadette Kilbane
Lead Men's Health Practitioner, Peppy
Bernadette is Peppy’s lead men’s health practitioner, with experience across urology, renal and gastroenterology medicine. She’s worked as both a research nurse and clinical nurse specialist, leading clinics for men with urinary and bladder issues. Passionate about access, she’s proud to support those who may not otherwise seek help.
